Common questions

Do you need access to water and power?
Yes — mobile appointments require a working hose hookup and a working power outlet at the service location. If neither is available, we can arrange a drop-off appointment instead. Just let us know on the booking form.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Appointments may be rescheduled due to weather or unsuitable working conditions. We'll always reach out in advance to coordinate a new time — rescheduling never costs you the retainer.
What is the $25 retainer for?
A $25 booking retainer secures your appointment. It comes off the total cost of service on the day of the appointment, so you're not paying anything extra — it just confirms the slot.
Why do larger vehicles cost more?
Larger vehicles — trucks, vans, and oversized SUVs — may be subject to a 15–25% additional cost for size adjustment. The extra accounts for the additional time, labour, and product required to detail them properly. We'll always confirm the final price before service begins.
Will every stain, odour, or salt mark come out?
Honest answer: every vehicle gets full care and attention, but some stains, odours, salt damage, pet hair, or wear may not come out completely. If we know the vehicle's condition ahead of time, we can give you a realistic expectation and recommend the right package.
What about my personal belongings?
Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before the appointment. Bambrick Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for valuables left inside the vehicle.
